I have been using a Nokia 5320 Express music since last two months and although I don’t think the music playing capabilities of Nokia can be compared to a dedicated music player or iPod and iPhone themselves, the 5320 on whole is a solid device and one of the only device in the express music line up to offer symbian S60 operating system which makes it a smart phone as well as a music phone at the same time.
Nokia 5630 Express music is going to be another addition in the line up of Nokia music phones with symbian S60 interface and with quite a few enhanced features some greater specs. Following are the feature set which are announced by Nokia for 5630 express music smart phone.
- Only 12mm thin, sweat.
- N-Gage Ready
- A QVGA display
- 4GB microSD Card. I think now Nokia is doing it right
- Standard 3.5-mm headphone jack.
- It’s also packing a 3.2 megapixel with dual-LED flash.
- HSDPA/HSUPA data.
- Dedicated audio keys and Nokia’s “say and play” feature
- Symbian S60 interface. Yes its a smart phone
More features will be announced soon but one thing I would sure miss is the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity but at the price point which is announced i.e. €200 (or roughly $250) this can be ignored with a pinch of salt.
Anyway I am looking forward to it and might probably upgrade to when it will be available by the 2nd quarter of 2009.
